You can listen to conga drums, dance salsa, and sip café con leche, or check out Hemingway's favorite haunts in Old Havana – Dos Hermanos, El Floridita, La Bodeguita del Medio – and order a papa doble daiquiri or a kickass mojito to experience it all. There are some great jazz joints and theater in the Vedado district, hole-in-the-wall eateries dishing up ropa vieja and layering cubanos in the Centro, and rumba clubs where you can shake that booty. And if you walk along the waterfront Malecón, you can watch those Habaneros, the locals, watching you watching them! Rad!
