And if you go to Piazzale Michelangelo, you can enjoy a classic Florentine view over the city – especially lovely and glowing at sunset. Oh, and the city's signature dish, Bistecca alla Fiorentina, is a whopping 40-oz steak – just think of it! – which you can wash down with a big Tuscan red. So, hey, "Salute!"
