Watch a flamenco dancer sway her hips in a frilly, voluminous, spotted dress at a flamenco hall in the gypsy digs of Triana. Or, traipse through the Real Alcazar and the city’s fab cathedral for a bit of sightseeing. On the shade-dappled streets you might even find a busker or two strumming a guitar or playing an accordion, and at the cafés and restaurants you can tuck into a plateful of pork- or fish-centered tapas or some of those delectable sandwiches they call “montadiros.” And somewhere in there try to squeeze in at least one bullfight at Plaza de Toros and join in the chorus of “Olé! Olé! Olé!"
