You're up in the Pyrénées here. You can take your pick of ski resorts – Soldeau, El Tarter, Pal Acrinsal, Acralis – then kick back for some off-piste, aprés-ski partying at, say, Pas de la Casa, and get a lick or two of Catalan brandy. In town, you'll see stone-brick buildings in the mix, many of them housing restaurants and cafés humming with chatter in Catalan, French and Spanish, where you can feast on those potato-and-cabbage Andorran patties they call "trinxat"; or, just roll down Av. Meritxell, the main drag, rife with upscale boutiques and designer jewelers and shops, where you can pick up a duty-free Omega or Cartier or Buglari to slap on your wrist. And if you stop by the Siadristyi Museum, you'll be treated to mind-blowing, intricate microminiature artworks, so tiny that you can only see them under a 300X microscope! So, yeah, get a whiff of it all!
