Go to Temple Mount to see all things religious and ancient, pause alongside the devout at the Western Wall to share in a somber moment of remembrance and spell of soul-searching, then pop over to the Ben-Yehuda Mall for a falafel and ice-cream, and maybe even buy a Hebrew Coca-Cola shirt to blend in with the locals. There are lively bazaars in the Old City, and the full-blown Mahane Yehuda Market (aka "The Shuk") on the periphery of downtown, crammed with produce stands spilling over with watermelons, cantaloupes and squash. Totally cool – and, yeah, totally holy!
