There are hip neighborhoods with a techno groove, several seriously edgy clubs to flirt, dance, and make out (yes, you read that right!), clusters of fab museums with monumental collections of art, doner kebab and currywurst stands on practically every corner, and even a steely slice of Cold War history blended into the cityscape. Oh, and a youth culture that gives the city an inimitable buzz. Really, it's as cool a capital city as you're likely to find!
