You can put away a Cape Cod Islander cocktail at a wharfside bar in Hyannis before hopping on the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, or gorge on oysters at the Oyster Fest in the bubbly little town of Wellfleet, or, maybe, go to see the Nauset Lighthouse at North Eastham, or, heck, even splash on Marconi Beach on a lazy summer afternoon. And if you head over to Provincetown around, say, the middle of August, you can join those colorful, costumed revelers at the town's Carnival parade and feast on some kickass, quahog-rich chowder. What a lark!
